Límits
La millor manera de conèixer els propis límits és posant-los a prova, posant-se a prova a un mateix. De quina altra manera, si no —suposant generosament que sigui possible— podríem auto-conèixer-nos? Cal mullar-se, ferir-se, arriscar-se, barallar-se, atrevir-se. És el que faig aquest estiu (el que hauria de fer sempre).

Això està molt bé i és convenient fer-ho, però també pot desencadenar en frustracions. Si els objectius són tant alts que no hi arribes, pots sentir-te decebut amb tu mateix. Igualment, val més sofrir aquesta decepció i intentar-ho que no quedar-se aturat sense fer res. Només així s'avança.
Un consell: Tingues cura del teu cos, hi ha parts que a força de posar-les a prova, es desgasten.
